Residential project Hoza 55 has been nominated for Best Residential Development at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
The project encompasses two comfortable five and six storey buildings containing modern apartments and penthouses. Particular attention was paid during the design phase to ensure the high quality of the common areas. The unique, glazed lobby, green patio and two storey underground parking only add to ensuring the highest standard of this project.
The CIJ Awards honors the best residential luxury developments to have been completed between 1 April 2012 and 30 September 2013. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including architectural design, the living environment created, commercial success, quality of construction, access to public transportation, as well as attention to environmental sustainability.
