Residential project Rezydencja Biała has been nominated for Best Residential Development at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
The construction of Rezydencja Biała started in February 2011 and was accomplished in October 2012. Biała Residence is a six-storey building with 73 apartments of between 30 and 150 sqm and an underground garage with 83 parking spaces. Most apartments have a loggia or a balcony and those on the ground floor also have gardens for private use. The project features high-quality finish materials which guarantee the best durability.
The CIJ Awards honors the best residential luxury developments to have been completed between 1 April 2012 and 30 September 2013. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including architectural design, the living environment created, commercial success, quality of construction, access to public transportation, as well as attention to environmental sustainability.
