According to data from the Lee County Department of Community Development indicates the number of residential building permits pulled in Lee County in July was the same as it was in July 2014. Builders pulled 94 permits for single-family homes in July compared with 97 single-family home permits in July 2014. Also in July, contractors pulled 64 multifamily housing permits compared with 50 a year before. Of the 64 units in July, 40 were for Estero Oaks, near the intersection of Estero and Three Oaks parkways.
