A new residential complex could be built in northern Bucharest. The complex will include eight blocks of flats and underground parking.
The new residential complex would be built on Bucurestii Noi Boulevard, according to a notice of intent published on the City Hall site.
Eight blocks of collective housing will be built, with height of 2S + P23 floors.
In total 1,430 apartments will be built. There will also be provided 1716 parking spaces, of which 133 on the ground. For the residents access will be created a new acces roads.
Investment beneficial is SC Premier Solutions & Team SRL. The same company has already received authorization to build, a mall (Mall Laromet) and an office building with 16 floors, in Bucurestii Noi Boulevard too, in the near area of the residential project.
