Revcap has acquired City Carré Magdeburg from WealthCap HFS Immobilienfonds Deutschland 12. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Located at Ernst-Reuter-Allee, City Carré Magdeburg offers 91,000 sqm of office space, 30,000 sqm of retail space as well as 8,000 sqm of cinema space, which is leased to CinemaxX-Kino. The acquisition was financed by the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. The property is currently 95 percent leased.
