The city of Košice is considering a project called Rezidencia Albelli. The scheme is the redevelopment of a 11,000 sqm brownfield that will go up on the former Odevné závody kapitána Nálepku (later Kodex Plus) manufacturing platform. The plot, located at Bellova and Alvinczyho streets, is zoned for residential. Albelli, the company that owns the land, could potentially build 350 flats in three buildings, 650 parking spaces and 1,400 sqm of infrastructure, shops and services if the project is approved.
