Rhenus Delivery Services has leased 2,800 sqm in Logicor Sosnowiec warehouse park. JLL advised the tenant during the lease process. Logicor Sosnowiec is a 47,000 sqm project located along Sokolska Street “We have started this year very intensively. Apart from signing an agreement at Logicor Sosnowiec, we also decided to open further locations in Gdańsk and Wrocław. Such a rapid expansion is a natural step towards fulfilling our ambitious plans for the development of home delivery logistics in Poland,” said Witold Zadrożny, Managing Director CEE at Rhenus Home Delivery.
