Rhenus Logistics has leased 41,000 sqm of warehouse space in Błonie near Warsaw. JLL advised the tenant, a supplier of comprehensive logistic services, during the lease process. Park Błonie is a distribution hub offering warehouse and office space. The park is located 20 minutes west of Warsaw’s city center, making it easy to distribute goods throughout the capital as well as the surrounding metropolitan area.
