Rhenus Logistics has leased the entire Unit 1, totaling 14,000 sqm, at Mercury Logistics Park. GS Capital Advisory brokered the deal. Gabriel Sfetcu, partner and head of industrial at GS Capital Advisory, said the lease agreement is among the largest deals seen on the Romanian market this year. Mercury Logistics Park offers 34,000 sqm of warehouse and Class A office space in three buildings. The project is situated along the A1 Bucharest-Ploiesti motorway and is 85 percent occupied.
