Rhenus Logistics has leased 18,000 sqm at Park Poznan IX. Panattoni has just begun construction on the new distribution building. The company specializing in e-commerce logistics services will move in in June 2021. Panattoni Park Poznan IX is the developer’s latest distribution center, which increases the size of its portfolio in Wielkopolska to 80,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The park will include two buildings. The first building, covering an area of 39,400 sqm, is already completed and almost fully leased. The second is under construction and will offer 41,000 sqm of space, of which 18,000 sqm will be occupied by Rhenus Logistics. “We took the decision to open a new location in Poznan because of the rapid development of our firm. On the one hand, it will enable us to serve our domestic clients and it will also improve our distribution to the rest of Europe,” said Slawomir Kossakowski, a member of the board of Rhenus Logistics. “On the other hand, what we are now convinced of is that this developer is a guarantee that the building will be friendly for both the environment and the workers employed there.”
