Rhenus is developing its biggest logistic center on the European market in the Polish town of Bolesławiec. The cost of the investment is around PLN 82m, according to the daily Rzeczpospolita. The first phase of the investment is to be delivered in October, adding nearly 40,000 sqm hall to the local warehouse market. Another 17,000 sqm is to be delivered in the project’s second stage, with a total of 100,000 sqm planned for the entire scheme. The investor expects to have the project completed in 2019, which is being built in Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone.
