Getin Holding, which recently acquired Romanian International Bank (RIB), has leased 3,500 sqm on two floors at Hermes Business Campus. Getin Holding plans to rebrand RBI as Idea Bank. The Bucharest office space will be the bank’s the new headquarters and accommodate 300 employees. The bank’s debt recovery division will also be located here. Colliers International advised Getin Holding in the deal. Hermes Business Campus offers 8,000 sqm. It is currently 85 percent leased. Tenants include the Netherlands Embassy, Editura Litera and Fribourg Capital.
