A two-story office building that is part of a two-building campus hosting Accredo Health in Orlando has changed hands for $11.2 million. The 63,000 sqf office building located at 6252 Lee Vista Boulevard was acquired by the Rich Uncles Real Estate Investment Trust out of Southern California. Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, Accredo provides specialty pharmacy and related services for patients with certain complex and chronic health conditions and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Express Scripts. “This is a high quality, investment grade, single tenant property with very solid intrinsic value. It’s a critical component to Express Scripts’ Central Florida’s presence with a strong likelihood of a long term tenancy,” said Mark Drazek, CBRE Senior Vice President.
