Richman Group acquires construction loan for West Kendall/Tamiami area

Richman Group Development Corp. has obtained a $31.58 million construction loan for a apartment project in the West Kendall/Tamiami area of Miami-Dade County from Synovus Bank. Located at the northwest corner of Southwest 136th Street and Southwest 127th Avenue it sits on a 11 acre site just east of Kendall/Tamiami Executive Airport and west of the Florida Turnpike. The project will feature eight apartment buildings (240 units), four garages, a two-story clubhouse, and a pool plus spa. Richman acquired the property for $7.5 million in September 2014. Miami-based First Florida LLC is the general contractor for the project.
