The British logistics operator Rico Logistics has leased around 1,250 sqm of warehouse and office space in Warsaw Distribution Center. Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant during negotiations. Warsaw Distribution Center is a modern warehouse park located on ul. Szyszkowa Street in the city’s Włochy district designed primarily for small and middle sized tenants looking for locations in Warsaw’s inner city area. The complex comprises five buildings with 35,000 sqm of warehouse and office space and is owned by a fund managed by CBRE Global Investors.
