Technology service provider Ricoh Polska signed a lease on 2,000 sqm at Swede Centre’s Business Garden in Warsaw. The company expects to open its office at the beginning of 2013.
Construction on the Business Garden is currently underway at the corner of Żwirki i Wigury and 1 Sierpnia streets in Warsaw. Once completed the seven-building complex will offer 90,000 sqm of new space, which will include offices, conference rooms, a hotel and an underground parking garage, as well as some of retail and service units. The first phase of the projects is scheduled to finish in the third quarter of 2012. The project is the first of three developments Swede Centre has planned in Poland. The other two projects are set for Poznań and Wrocław.
