JRD chose Ridera Stavební as general contractor for its residential project U Pernikářky 7. The residential project with 10 low-energy flats will go up in the high-end villa neighborhood Na Hřebenkách in Prague 5. Completion is schedule for the end of 2018. Four flats have already been sold. KAAMA designed the original concept of the project, which was then brought to the realization stage by Podlipný Sladký architects. Svoboda & Williams will oversee flat sales. Units range from three to five rooms and come with a garden, terrace or balcony.
