Italian Certification Company Rina, which bought last year ISCIR CERT and Simtex, has moved into the Cotroceni area, through a deal brokered by ESOP Consulting.
The new office space of Rina Group covers an area of 1,300 sqm.
Alexandru Petrescu, manager of ESOP Consulting company says acquisitions and takeovers of companies now produce up to 20 percent of office deals, as they result in a need to relocate.
Rina Group is an Italian company, which has 120 offices in 42 countries and 1,600 employees.
