RINF Outsourcing Solutions signed on for 1,843 sqm at Green Court Bucharest. The software development company will move into Building B in January 2016. The transaction was brokered by DTZ Echinox. The building is now 72 percent leased. Tenants include Sanofi, Adecco, Carrefour and Colgate Palmolive.
Bucharest Green Court is the first project Skanska developed on the Romanian market. The scheme offers 52,000 sqm in three office buildings. Building B offers 18,000 sqm on 12 floors as well as 315 underground parking spots.
