Rise.pl has leased 2,500 sqm of office space at Diamante Plaza in Kraków. The tenant was advised by Savills and Knight Frank, while BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the landlord. Diamante Plaza is located on Jana Dekerta street and offers 10,000 sqm of office space. The owner and property manager is Aldesa, the Spanish construction firm. The office complex was designed by DDJM and completed in 2009. BNP Paribas Real Estate is the exclusive leasing agent for Diamante Plaza.
