Northstar and Marriott are planning to develop a Ritz Carlton resort along the Montenegrin coast in Herceg Novi. Resort Ritz Carlton Montenegro will include 300 accommodation units, including 120 hotel units and 180 apartments. The first stage, scheduled for completion in summer 2023, will feature a hotel, 113 apartments, 13 villas and four restaurants. The total value of the investment will be €210m.
