The Ritz Club in Lisbon is on sale for €3m and has been placed on the Imovirtual digital platform. The announcement of the sale includes conditions for the sale, which stipulate that the building can be transformed into housing or tourism, but that it will not be allowed to serve as a concert hall in the future. The Ritz Club dates back to the beginning of the 20th century when its iconic status in Lisbon was established through all types of music, before shifting in the 1980’s as a venue for theater and cultural events. The building was renovated in 2012, but it’s thought that complaints and pressure from the neighborhood led to the closing of the three-story building that has 1,000 sqm of space.
