Joya Pavesi has been hired by the multifamily property management company Rivergate KW Residential as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy. In her new role, Pavesi will specialize in marketing and brand strategy, customer experience and loyalty, interactive marketing, social media and reputation management. Prior to joining Rivergate she served as Senior Marketing Manager for Greystar in the Carolinas and served as Regional Marketing Director at Camden Property Trust. Pavesi graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
