Rivergate KW Residential, a multifamily property management company, has announced the hiring of John Duffy as the companies new Controller. Duffy has 16 years of public accounting experience working in the real estate development, construction and property management industries, both residential and commercial. Prior to joining the Rivergate, he was audit manager, specializing in real estate with Deloitte & Touche. Duffy received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stockton University. A CPA, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
