A partnership called Riviera Holdings Plaza, LP between Gadinsky Real Estate, Echion USA and 13th Floor Investments has purchased a mixed use property in Coral Springs for $16.5 million. Located across the street from the University of Miami at 1542 South Dixie Highway, the building has 55,161 square feet. The building was built in 1955 and has more than 320 feet of frontage on South Dixie Highway. Current tenants include Gables Pizza and Salad and Subway, as well as various office tenants. Future plans for the asset could involve a redevelopment into a retail and residential site.
