I&C Transilvania Constructii has sold 25 percent of the units at Riviera Luxury Residence, a €10m residential project in Cluj-Napoca. The scheme includes 91 apartments, as well as a shopping gallery and a relaxation area with a pool and spa. Coldwell Banker Transilvania was the project’s exclusive agent. Ana Maria Burca, managing partner of Coldwell Banker, said that 800 new apartments were completed in the city so far this year, three times higher than what was delivered in 2013.
