Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm TruAmerica Multifamily has picked up a multifamily property in Boynton Beach through a $49 million off-market deal. The property, Ashley Lake Park Apartments, is a 300 unit complex located at 5020 Ashley Lake Drive. Built in 1987, the asset is a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments with amenities including a fitness center, pool, playground and a tennis court. The seller, Robbins Electra, bought the complex for $27.1 million in 2012.
