Robbins Property Associates acquired Aventine at Boynton Beach, a 216-unit garden-style community in Boynton Beach, Florida, for $43m. The company paid just under $199,075 per unit for the property. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool and volleyball courts along with a playground. Robbins Property intends to invest several millions of dollars in interior and exterior upgrades, as well as rebranding the property to Verona at Boynton Beach. ARA Newmark’ represented the seller, Claremont Cos. The deal marks Robbin’s sixth Florida acquisition in less than a year and brings the company’s current holdings in the state to 4,500 units. Nationally, Robbins has more than 13,000 apartments totaling more than $1.5bn.
