Robert Bosch EEOD has signed a lease agreement at Synergy Tower in the Sofia Technology Park in Bulgaria. The deal, signed with the complex’s owner, Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT, has a term of six years and covers 2,749 sqm of space. The deal brings the occupancy rate of the building to 8.5 percent of the total leasable area.
