ROBYG has completed the multi-stage Lawendowe Wzgorza residential project in Gdansk. On 22 ha plot of land with a total usable area of 95,385 sqm, 33 buildings were built, with 2,060 apartments. The public infrastructure developed by ROBYG includes 11 playgrounds, green areas with a total area of 13 ha, a multi-functional sports field, relaxation zones, barbecue and bicycle paths. Within the project, ROBYG has planted 1,110 trees and shrubs and has invested in 10 km of the water and sewage system. The developer has also built public infrastructure for the amount of PLN 4.5 million including a local kindergarten, a bus stop as well as a pavement along Jabloniowa street. ROBYG also plans to build recreational areas on a plot of 8 ha, for which nearly PLN 4 million will be allocated.
