The Polish residential developer Robyg expects to offload more than 1,000 flats this year, according to the daily Puls Biznesu, with new projects underway in Warsaw. Robyg just obtained a construction permit for the first phase of its YoungCity residential project, which will add 143 flats to the market. Robyg has another project going in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. The first phase of that project, called Osiedle Kameralne, was delivered last year.
Robyg has sold 552 flats so far this year, up from the 530 it sold over the same period in 2011.
