ROBYG is planning to start construction of its new residential project called Kameralna Olszowka in Wroclaw. The three storage building will be located at Skarbowcow street, in the Krzyki-Partynice district of Wroclaw and will offer 55 apartments ranging in size from 40 sqm to 80 sqm. All apartments will have balconies with glass balustrades or recessed balconies and those on the grand floor will have gardens. The investment include underground parking, outside additional parking spaces and a green patio are planned. In the vicinity of the project are the Poludniowy and Grabiszynski parks and the Horse Racing Track – Partynice. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2022.
