Robyg is planning to build micro-apartments in its City Sfera residential project in Warsaw’s Wola district. The project will include 402 apartments ranging in size from 18 sqm to 38 sqm in two buildings called Modern Space. The apartments will be equipped with the Smart House system, allowing electronic devices, heating as well as security systems to be remotely controlled. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2020.
