Roche has leased 2,800 sqm at Ana Tower in northern Bucharest. The office project was developed by a company controlled by George Copos. Delivered in early March, the 25-story, 43,700 sqm Ana Tower also has on-site parking for 365 vehicles. The new tenant, a pharmaceutical company, was previously headquartered at City Gate, an office building that is part of GTC’s portfolio.
