Rock Capital Group has decided to sell its residential project in Bad Homburg. After negotiations with city representatives took longer than expected, the Grünwald-based developer has decided not to break ground on Lenne Quartier, formerly called Südcampus. The project, located at Du-Pont-Strasse 1, will offer 500 units in terraced houses, townhouses and barrier-free housing. The 5 ha plot, which used to house Dupont’s headquarters, will offer a unique living area for students, young families and seniors.
