The owner of the building, the Rezydent Group, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the lease process. Centrum Królewska is a modern class A office building located at the junction of Królewska and Marszałkowska streets in the center of Warsaw. The building offers 11,000 sqm of leasable office space spread over 14 floors. The property was designed by APA Kuryłowicz & Associates.
