Rockefeller tops off condo tower in Manhattan

The Rockefeller Group has topped off Rose Hill, its first residential building in Manhattan. The 600-foot condominium tower in the city’s NoMad neighborhood, will offer 123 units. Amenities will include a health and wellness club, a lobby bar called The Blue Room, a Strand Books-curated library, a garden courtyard and a package and mail room with cold storage.The 45-story project was named after the 130-acre Rose Hill Farm estate that formerly occupied the site.
