Rockrose Development Corporation has been granted a $24 million loan for its 1140 19th Street property located in Washington D.C. Singer & Bassuk Organization arranged the financing for Rockrose through PNC Bank with a 10 year, fixed-rate loan. The 70,648 sqf Class A office building has been fully renovated and includes a glass façade, on-site parking, and a contemporary two-story marble lobby. Along with two retail tenants (Noodles & Co. and GRK Greek Fresh) notable office tenants include the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation and Washington Occupational Health Associates. Rockrose bought the office building from American Real Estate Partners in June of 2015 for $40.5 million.
