Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP leased 11,220 sqm of space at its Torrejón logistics park in Madrid to Leche Pascual Group, a manufacturer and distributor of food products. The lease include 669 sqm of new mezzanine-level offices, which were developed for Leche Pascual on a bespoke basis, as well as 149 car parking spaces. Torrejón offers 47,500 sqm of leasable space across two independent, adjacent warehouses. Rockspring manages a portfolio of logistics assets in France, UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden and the Netherlands.
