Rockstone is set to build a residential project in Berlin. Livingstone, to go up in the city’s affluent Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood at Kopenhagener Strasse 57, will feature 37 units and four townhouses. The resi project, offering a modern and unique architectonic style, will be developed in close vicinity of the famous Umspannwerk. Completion is scheduled for 2020. Investment costs are estimated at €25m, financed by Hamburger Spaarkasse. Rockstone was advised by JebensMensching.
