Roeng Transmission Engineering & Consulting is relocating to the Ștefan cel Mare office building developed by Forte Partners in Bucharest’s District 2. The professional services company signed a lease on 865 sqm. The building is now fully leased. ESOP Consulting/Corfac International brokered the deal.
“Roeng opted for an upgrade of offices in the same area where they had their premises before, but in a new building with high standards of quality and the possibility to increase the space, as it will follow an expansion plan,” said Alexandru Petrescu, managing partner at ESOP Consulting/Corfac International.
