Rolls-Royce appointed C&W to an expanded role supporting its global property requirements. The appointment extends a partnership which first began in the US in 2012 and now includes Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, a key growth market for the firm and South America. The contract will be managed by C&W’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) division, under the account leadership of Ed Neild. The firm will deliver transaction management, occupier management, strategic consultancy and lease administration services with teams embedded in key Rolls-Royce sites.
