In a transaction worth PLN 87.8m, Impexmetal, a company controlled by the Polish businessman Roman Karkosik, has sold a 0.5 ha parcel of land in Warsaw. The name of the buyer was not disclosed. Located on on Łucka street, the land is zoned for office and residential. There is already an existing office building on the property occupied by a group of tenants, including Impexmetal. The company said earlier this year it was not considering a JV or strategic partnership for the land.
