Construction output on the Romanian market grew by 2.9 percent y-o-y in July, the fourth biggest increase in the European Union for the month, according to data published by Eurostat.
Production in the EU construction sector increased by 1 percent, thanks to a 1.8-percent increase in building construction. Civil engineering, meanwhile, fell by 2.7 percent for the month.
