Overview:
The gradual return of economic growth across Europe has gone a considerable distance toward calming the nerves of investors and financiers. In CEE, the best properties in the strongest markets are selling once again, with prices starting to look aggressive at times. Tenant demand, however, remains sluggish across the region, and until recently Romania has been no exception to this. How will the country’s improving economy be reflected in the ability of developers to build, lease and sell projects?
