Bucharest’s Magheru Boulevard is the 52nd most expensive shopping street in the world, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield. The 62 streets on C&W’s list are ranked based on their rents. The average monthly rent for Magheru Boulevard amounts to €60 per sqm.
Magheru Boulevard shared its ranking with Ljubljana’s Čopova street, while Bratislava’s downtown area ranked 57th (€504/sqm/year), and Sofia’s Vitosha Boulevard came in at 59, with annual rents averaging €480 per sqm.
