Romanian apartment prices on the rise

Apartment prices across Romania have increased over the last three months, jumping by 4.7 percent y-o-y in August, according to statistics published by imobiliare.ro.
Apartment prices increased from €944 to €950 per sqm in August, up 0.6-percent increase from July.

Apartments in Bucharest were selling for €1,086 per sqm on average in August, a 0.9-percent increase y-o-y. Meanwhile, prices in Cluj-Napoca hit €1,103 per sqm, up 11.1 percent from the previous year.
