Romanian apartment prices up 1.5% in September

The average asking price for new and old apartments on the Romanian market increased to €964 per sqm in September, a 1.5-percent increase from August and a 5.7-percent increase y-o-y, according to Mediafax.

The average selling price for apartments in Bucharest in September was €1,086 per sqm, 3 percent higher than the average price last fall.
