The employment rate was higher for men (69.5 percent) than for women (53.2 percent) and for people living in rural areas (61.7 percent) versus urban centers (61.3 percent). The employment rate for people between the ages of 15 and 24 years was 24.5 percent and 41.1 percent for people between the ages of 55 and 64.
