The „New Home” government program continues in 2022, according to Finance Minister Adrian Câciu. The Ministry of Finance announced that it proposes the allocation of a ceiling of guarantees of RON 1.5 billion that can be issued in 2022. “Today we signed the continuation of the „New Home” program. The allocation will be maintained in the first phase at the level of last year “, mentioned Câciu.
The “New Home” 2022 is granted in RON, for the purchase of a single home, and the maximum value of the loan that can be accessed is EUR 66,500 – for homes whose price is a maximum of EUR 70,000, the required advance being 5 percent and EUR 119,000 – for homes with a maximum price of EUR 140,000, in which case the required advance is 15 percent.
